1st & 2nd Line Support - Service Desk - Permanent - Birmingham - Customer Focus - Up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits - Onsite 5 days per week

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused End User Support Analyst to join their IT team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line support across a Windows 11 environment, helping colleagues solve technical challenges and keeping systems running smoothly. You’ll work hands-on with Microsoft Intune for device management, supporting application deployment, configuration, and compliance, while also managing user access through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and ensuring Teams stays connected and productive. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to onboarding new users and maintaining asset records, you’ll play a vital part in creating an efficient, reliable, and user-friendly IT experience for the team.
We need someone with solid experience in desktop or end-user support, strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, and hands-on familiarity with Intune, Teams, and Entra ID. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, customer-focused, and bring a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving. Experience with IT service desk tools, Microsoft 365, or ITIL environments is a plus — as is a bit of PowerShell know-how or a relevant certification.
