We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a well-established financial services organisation in the middle of a major digital transformation — a full overhaul of core systems and applications. You’ll sit within the IT Change Team, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams. Day to day that means running workshops and discovery sessions to understand current processes, mapping out how things work today, and designing smarter, more customer-centric ways of doing things tomorrow. You’ll translate what you find into user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements documentation — the kind of material that keeps everyone aligned throughout delivery.

You’ll also work closely with third-party suppliers, championing the organisation’s requirements and making sure nothing gets lost in translation. Supporting UAT, carrying out impact assessments on core system changes, and helping teams understand the knock-on effects of shifting scope are all part of the mix too.

You’ll bring solid experience documenting business processes within financial services application and customer journeys, along with a good grounding in core FS applications. Familiarity with Jira and lean tools is expected, as is a working knowledge of FCA and GDPR frameworks. Just as important is the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, manage third-party relationships, and keep complex projects on track. You’re someone who stays organised under pressure, can adapt when priorities shift, and works well in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
